Club Yoga is a pop-up studio based in and around your local community. There are 9 classes a week to choose from and a variety of different membership options to suit your lifestyle. The teaching style encompasses sequences of flowing postures - linked with breath - to develop strength of body and mind. Focus is on safety, alignment, breath and of course, your specific needs.
It is a highly effective mixture of traditional and modern yoga which has been developed in a live environment for almost twenty years.
The Senior Yoga Teacher is the brilliant Yoga Elder; Sarah O'Connor. Sarah is a British Wheel qualified, IYN registered, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. She is qualified in Mantra, Pranayama, Yoga for Mental Health, Remedial Yoga, Teen Yoga and is a Certified Teen Yoga Teacher Instructor. Sarah also teaches yoga teachers how to teach her style of yoga in her highly acclaimed mindflowyoga school.
