About The Tutor : Sarah O'Connor

"Retreats literally allow us to move away from the madness of the world, to regain focus, love and peace." Sarah O'Connor

Sarah O’Connor has been teaching for over 20 years, is a certified IYN Yoga Elder, a Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, and an accredited teacher for The British Wheel of Yoga. She runs her own weekly classes, workshops. Her yoga training school is accredited by Yoga Alliance, and IYN, and is a British Wheel of Yoga 'ATO'. As well as IST tutor

She has advised and worked with senior health professionals at a variety of levels, and frequently teaches those who are post operation or suffering from long term illness, in order to speed their recovery. Her approach of understanding the whole person, in order to tailor the one to one sessions, has yielded great results.

Her teaching is a combination of physical and mental training; untying the knots of mind and body and reconnecting them without the agony.

She is hugely respected within the yoga and broader community and is known as “The Yoga teacher’s teacher”.
